Why elevateu exists
At ElevateU, we believe every athlete deserves a development plan built specifically for them. Many athletes spend years practicing, taking lessons, and competing in games, but never follow a structured plan designed around their individual needs. As a result, they often continue doing more of the same without fully addressing the factors limiting their performance. Our mission is to provide athletes with individualized coaching, personalized development plans, and ongoing feedback to help them improve with purpose and reach their potential.

meet the coach
My passion for coaching comes from helping athletes develop both on and off the field. Over the years, I’ve worked with baseball players of different ages and skill levels, helping them improve performance, build confidence, and better understand the development process. I founded ElevateU because I saw too many athletes following generic programs or relying solely on games and lessons without a clear plan for long-term development. Through video analysis, individualized programming, and ongoing coaching, my goal is to provide athletes with the guidance and structure needed to continue improving over time.
