One on One Training begins with breaking down every detail of the athlete's mechanics.
Lessons include:
• Camera Videoing Athlete Motion
• Rapsodo Pitching to calculate velocity, spin rate, spin efficiency, horizontal + vertical break.
• Rapsodo hitting to calculate exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and spin of ball off bat.
• Edgertronic Slow Motion Camera to maximize hand placement for spin rate.
• Blast Motion to calculate bat speed, peak hand speed, attack angle, and vertical bat angle.
• Lessons vary athlete to athlete based on skill.
9u through 18u with Player Development Focus.
Team Training includes:
• 2 practices per week: 1 on field, 1 in cages with professional coach.
• Use of weighted balls, loaded bats, wrist weights, and technology (see lessons) to help develop athletes and reach their goals to continue playing at the next level.
• Instilling a team work culture and atmosphere to work hard together and encourage teammates to get better.
Styled as an Off-Season Program
Camps include:
• Breaking the norm of standard camps learning basics of baseball.
• Focus on athlete number improvement
• Focus on throwing velocity, bat speed, exit velocity, etc.
